Rural Health Lecture Series. Panelists discussing the legacy of Dr. Bill Jenkins and the
strategic development of public health professional programs in Historically Black Colleges
and Universities (HBCUs). The panelist also provide evidence of systemic racism as the
underlying cause of the health disparate that have been documented in public health
literature as well as being documented during the COVID19 pandemic.
